Joe is a native to Cebu, having lived there in his early childhood. Joe received a finance from Seattle University and went on to work for both Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. He has extensive in both Business Development/Sales and Finance having split his career in both areas. Joe utilizes his knowledge today's sales tools to train and enable Cebu Consulting's Consultants to the level of high performing business development reps. Outside of Cebu Consulting, Joe can be found at networking events or on the beach in Los Angeles.

As a seasoned Product leader, Talia brings her background of strategic thinking, agile development expertise and go-getter attitude to take new products & services from initial concept, through design, development and successful launch. She is a multi-tasker extraordinaire, with a desire to find elegant solutions that tackle complex problems. Born and raised in “Big Sky Country” (Montana), she graduated from Seattle University with a BA in International Business. She grew her career in product management at a publicly traded fin-tech company in Los Angeles, including a year-long stint living and working abroad in Europe, managing a team of Product Managers. She currently resides in LA but takes every chance she can to get out and explore all other corners of the world.

Oswaldo, a California native, is a Senior Software Engineer at hi-tech accounting company. He specializes in creating and maintaining the back-end functionalities of applications. Over the years Oswaldo has come across all different kinds of needs and sizes of applications making him well-suited to tackle a variety of business challenges. During his free time Oswaldo enjoys traveling, watching sports and spending time with his friends and family. Oswaldo has a BA in Computer Science from New York University.

Bing is an experienced Operations Manager with 15 years demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Customer Satisfaction, Business Process Improvement, Training and Organizational Development, Bing has initiated several process improvement programs that help the business improve Quality, Efficiency, Revenue, Customer & Employee Satisfaction using Lean Six Sigma Process and COPC High Performance Management Techniques. Bing is also Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma. A native Cebuano, Bing earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines - Diliman. On her free time Bing also teaches Management and Business English to Japanese professionals.
